The breakfast was good, with a fantastic variety of fresh food options, and service was really good. The hotel's prime location.

Satisfactory breakfast with a nice coffee machine and incredibly attentive and top-class people. Nicely furnished and brand-new room with very comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Amazing location of the hotel, very close to bar restaurant, the better living areas, and good bars. Also, on the market.

The hotel was new and very modern

Not easy to find. The manager walked around the hotel smoking, didnt like this. The hotel had a jaccuzi but it was always cold. Breakfast wasnt what I expected for a four star hotel.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The location is ok. Only a short walk into the city centre.

The room we stayed in had a large glass window that looked directly into the bathroom. There was absolutely no privacy. I was sharing with a friend of mine and we both found it very strange.

Our Executive Suite was spacious, with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, the heating was ineffective, made our stay uncomfortable.

I liked the desing of the hotel, room, shower. It give you a very luxurious impresion. The bed we had, a double, was excellent to sleep in. The breakfast excellent with good and tasty romanian specialities.

The night staff was very sweet and excellent (we arrived during the night). Unfortunatelly the staff during the day changed and they were too stuck-up. I thinks they should rather smile and be helpful like the one during the night.

But the bathroom blinds were almost falling apart! The spacious room was comfy with a nice bed, and breakfast was filled with fresh fruits and deliciously made dishes in a beautiful setting.

Friendly,well trained,management and staff. English language spoken by everyone. Excellent and attentive chef Modern ,well designed room. Everything worked and any glitches were sorted out immediately. Very experienced and friendly barman. Wet room in Bathroom excellent design.(Except no container for soap) Good conservation of old part of building.

Italian Only food menu. ( A problem for people who do not eat Italian) I understand that this is only for the short term.

A city hotel with central location. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. The staff was friendly, nice and educated. I recommend warmly the hotel.

Very good location. Exceptional attention from the staff and personal care from the owner. Great chef cook and wide variety of choices at breakfast and any meals. Super clean rooms and very positive general atitude. Great work reabilitating and refurbishing the location. Very friendly people.

A bit squeezed the parking outside but always the chance to park with the new modern options that the hotel has got.
